WIP Wednesday: July 5, 2012

There was not much quilting happening this week, but there were fireworks for the US and Canada, baby birds being born, trips to the beach, picnics and lovely Oregon sunshine!  Oh, and I also had a chance to catch up on all the old blog posts from all you other quilters out there.  So many beautiful projects happening right now!

 

It is quilted – yay!  Up next is binding, which has been a struggle.  I wavered between a solid neutral color to balance out the colors and movement and a blue to match the birds, which would add more color to the top.  I have picked a color, but I might change my mind…. you’ll have to wait and see next week.
